pads are so uncomfortable to me when working out but if i have to wear a pad i use the always with the wings...tampax pearl tampons work great as well if you ever want to try that.

Any kind of Always brand works best for me. You may want to get one with wings so the chances of it slipping are decreased.

Are you asking what tampon is the best? I use Tampax Pearl, and they are great....
