i dont know if it helps in reducing facial hair. but i think, when u let it dry n then when u wash ur face u would massage (or watever) that time some of the hair might get pulled or fall... coz of the dry flour n us tryin to wash it.... but again i dont know 4 sure if thats how its supposed to be. i use besan too sometimes. but not for reducing facial hair. i put (haldi) forgot what its called in english.) and lemon in it and mix it.
