Excess hair as well as acne is a result of excess androgens (male hormones). You should talk to your doctor about going on birth control pills to fix this matter. Removing facial hair by waxing or other methods is simply a superficial and temporary fix for a much more serious problem.

i can't stand to pluck anything but my eyebrows, so i just use facial bleach. the only thing is you have to wear make-up after you do it because the bleach will temporarily cause dipigmentation of the skin where the hair was bleached.

I'm 12 and get teased a lot because I have bushy eyebrows. All I do is pluck my eyebrows and it works perfectly!! There is nothing you can do to STOP it, if you pluck you have to pluck for the rest of your life. It is a little inconvenient, but it works!
