Definitely wax. When I was a teen I started waxing and though I still have some facial hair it's not near as dark and I don't have as much hair. Some people say it makes it thicker but from personal experience it has made it WAY better. All the other stuff you can do to get rid of it costs a lot.

If you can't afford laser treatment, just shave it off. It is an old wives tale that shaving makes it thicker and darker. Hair has to be so long for hair removers and waxing to work.
