Just shave the area...even though its bare,...and it will irritate that area to begin growing thicker hairs there. Try it...thats what salma hayek did to grow a unibrow for her role in Frieda...and it worked....then she got the hair removed by like laser hair removal or electrolysis.

Try shaving, even if there's no hair and patting on some menthylated spirit as an aftershave. Sounds weird I know but its worked for a lot of my guy friends.
