Around early 15 to start growing facial hair. All depend the puberty development. Every boys are difference time when they get their facial hair.

Well, i had the heavy teen-stach thing going on when i was 12, but im 17 now and only have hair on my chin, upperlip, and little bit on my sides. and i only have to shave like once every few days. People say its different for everyone, and i guess thats true because i have the least amount of facial hair in my grade, even less than some freshman :'(
