You might have a hormonal imbalance problem. If there are other issues such as no pubic hair, can't get an erection or chronic fatigue, you might need to go to the doctor for a visit.

I don't really know if there is anything that you can do. That usually has something to do with your hormones. My boyfriend is 25 and has no facial hair and can't grow it either. He looks very young though and that will be a great benefit when he gets older. The only advice that I can really give you is to try to enjoy it as much as possible. You probably look young and not to mention...girls don't always like stubble! Good luck!

Shaving makes hair grow back faster and thicker but it doesn't make it grow where should. shave the spots u have and they grow back faster and thicker
