UNFORTUNETELY, THE HAIR GROWTH IS GENETIC, AND EVEN SHAVING HAS ITS LIMITATIONS. SOME MEN ARE JUST HAIRIER THAN OTHERS. I HAVE HAD A FRIEND THAT HE WAS 21 AND HAD NO HAIR. HE TOOK SOME HORMONAL TREATMENTS TO HELP HIM. BUT, UNLESS YOUR GETTING INTO YOUR 20'S AND DON'T HAVE ANY HAIR ON NONE OF YOUR BODY, I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD WORRY. I'M 29 AND STILL CAN'T GROW A FULL BEARD!! LOL
