I think it's genetic, and probably can't be controlled. Rogaine doesn't make you grow EXTRA hair - it just puts back what's supposed to be there, so if you don't have it genetically, there's nothing it can do. It can't restore what you never had, in other words.

Um... I believe the best way is to WAIT. I think Rogaine will only make the situation worse in other, more unpleasant ways.
