What's the deal with it? Do you girls like a clean shave? Or a 5 o'clock shadow look? Or a beard?

It depends on the thickness and darkness of the hair. If it comes in patchy or super light, it just looks scruffy and dirty after about a day of no shaving. If it is thick and dark, however, the 5 o'clock shadow look is very nice, especially around day 2 or 3.

Mustaches are awkward and out of style; avoid them at all costs. Beards are not bad, actually fairly attractive, if you're the hiking, biking, rock-climbing mountain man type, but those are few and far between. Strong features are also a must to pull off a beard.

"Soul patches" really vary on the wearer. I had a youth pastor who had one right under his lip, and it was long, so he would suck on it as a nervous habit. Disgusting. Never do this.

All in all, it really depends on the man. Try out a few different things and ask the women in your life for their opinion. You'll figure out what works.

Mm it would def depend on the guy, but i cerrrtainly like facial hair. 5 o'clock shadow. beards are uh...no. clean shave is nice, can't complain about that at all. actually, the majority of men look pretty good with the facial hair..well, except for those 14 year olds who have that nasty little mustache thats like patchy and dark, and they dont shave. UGH...now THAT is disgusting.

i dont really like facial hair.. but my boyfriend has facial hair and wont shave it for me.. but i love him (and his facial hair) anyway.
